GENERAL

HOW MANY ADVENTURES ARE INCLUDED PER ORDER?


As many as you please. Single adventures are great, especially if sent directly to a loved one. Orders of multiple cards are available at discount and are handy to keep around the house for spontaneous gifts, or having on hand to communicate when words are not working. Of course large orders for wholesale and events are also available.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE CARDS?


Standard issue flight ticket: 10” wide x 3.75” tall.

HOW ARE THE CARDS PACKAGED?


JetHeart gift cards come separate from envelopes. You have the option of adding on either a single envelope sleeve and/or our paperboard box secured with a red elastic band. This ensures flexibility of purchases to your needs with a more purposeful purchase and less waste. Shipments are contained in a cellophane envelope sealed with a JetHeart sticker—a sure sign that your special someone is going to enjoy a unique and thoughtful gift.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ADVENTURE?


Currently there are hundreds of adventures listed in our shop to select. Name customization is available to fill out on the product page to personalize your tickets. You can also choose to leave these fields blank—perfect for adventures on the fly. Adventure customization is not available at the moment unless you are making a large order. See “make a bulk purchase” for more info. 

HOW CAN I MAKE A BULK PURCHASE?


Whether wholesale or for a special wedding, corporate or private event, JetHeart adventures can be customized to your order. Contact us at info@jetheart.com, and we will be glad to handle your custom order for an unlimited number of custom cards.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE CARDS?


The colors of the JetHeart coupon cards were chosen to specifically match the type of adventure you want to give (outdoor, indoor, romantic, etc.).

PURCHASING

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.

CAN I PAY VIA CASH OR MONEY ORDER?


Unfortunately, not as this time. We do accept payments by PayPal and most major credit cards.

IS THERE SALES TAX?


No sales tax is added except for orders delivered to California addresses.

ORDERS

DO I GET TO SEE A PROOF BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?


Before you place your order, you will have a chance to review the adventures you have ordered, as well as the name of the recipient that will be printed on the cards.

OOPS I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you know you have made a mistake in your JetHeart order, contact us right away during our business hours (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time), and we will work to accommodate your request.

WILL I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?


Yes, all orders are furnished with a tracking number so you can know when your JetHeart package is due.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY RECEIPT?


When you place you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation/receipt. It will include the items ordered and the total cost of your order as well as shipping costs.

WHAT DOES THE NAME SAY ON THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION?

We ship via FedEx, United Postal Service and United States Postal Service.

DO YOU SHIP APO/FPO?


Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States and internationally (additional charges apply outside the USA).

DO YOU SHIP TO CORRECTIONAL CENTERS?


Yes! JetHeart can brighten everyone’s day!

IF I ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Our standard delivery is six business days from time of order, with rush fulfillment possible. Contact us at info@jetheart.com for more details.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?


Yes. Additional charges will apply outside the USA.

DO YOU SEND A RECEIPT IN THE PACKAGE?


No, we do not send receipts with the package. Receipts are sent via email promptly after your purchase from JetHeart is confirmed.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, WHAT CAN I DO?


Please go back and check your tracking number. If the package shows it was delivered, contact our office.

WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE?

You can simply choose “Custom Adventure” during the ordering process to create your own special adventure coupon.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


If you would like to cancel your order, contact us right away by phone (310) 883-5883 or email. If your order has not already been processed, we will work to quickly refund your money.
