HOW CAN I MAKE A BULK PURCHASE?


Whether wholesale or for a special corporate or private event, Rainbows and die can be customized to your order. Contact us at info@jetheart.com, and we will be glad to handle your custom order for an unlimited number of custom rainbow and die.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept PayPal and most major credit cards.

CAN I PAY VIA CASH OR MONEY ORDER?


Unfortunately, not as this time. We do accept payments by PayPal and most major credit cards.

IS THERE SALES TAX?


No sales tax is added except for orders delivered to California addresses.

DO I GET TO SEE A PROOF BEFORE I PLACE MY ORDER?


Before you place your order, you will have a chance to review the rainbows and dice you have ordered.

OOPS I MADE A MISTAKE. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?


Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you know you have made a mistake in your Rainbow order, contact us right away during our business hours (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time), and we will work to accommodate your request.

WILL I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?


Yes, all orders are furnished with a tracking number so you can know when your Rainbow package is due.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY RECEIPT?


When you place you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation/receipt. It will include the items ordered and the total cost of your order as well as shipping costs.

We ship via FedEx, United Postal Service and United States Postal Service.

DO YOU SHIP APO/FPO?


Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States and internationally (additional charges apply outside the USA).

DO YOU SHIP TO CORRECTIONAL CENTERS?

IF I ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Our standard delivery is six business days from time of order, with rush fulfillment possible. Contact us at info@jetheart.com for more details.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?


Yes. Additional charges will apply outside the USA.

DO YOU SEND A RECEIPT IN THE PACKAGE?


No, we do not send receipts with the package. Receipts are sent via email promptly after your Rainbow purchase is confirmed.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE, WHAT CAN I DO?


Please go back and check your tracking number. If the package shows it was delivered, contact our office.
